We built our courses to be worth far more than they cost, and we'd rather earn your confidence than lock the door behind you. So our policy is simple.
If a course isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no exit interview, no "store credit." One honest request, one refund.
Email brandmrice@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request." That's the whole process. We'll confirm within 2 business days, and Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days.
Completed certifications. Once a certificate has been issued for a course, that course is no longer refundable — the credential is the product, delivered.
Abuse. The guarantee exists for genuine students, not for downloading a curriculum and refunding it. We reserve the right to decline refunds where account activity shows the policy is being gamed, and repeated purchase-refund cycles may result in account closure.
Past the window, purchases are final — but if something is genuinely wrong (a billing error, duplicate charge, or a problem accessing what you paid for), reach out anyway. We're a small institution run by working professionals, and we resolve real problems like humans.
